During the day:
Sea kayaking along beautiful, wild coast lines and amongst remote islands
we will:

Experience the power of the sea while surrounded by marine life

the inter-relationship between humans, oceans and the wider environment
- Learn
more about the impact of our lifestyles and consumption patterns on
marine environments and ecosystems
In the evening:
Around the fire, under canvas or in a Scottish bar we will:
- Hear
the stories, both cultural and scientific, of people who know the sea
- Reflect on the sea as an example of our relationships with natural systems everywhere
- Develop
a critical awareness of these relationships, even in the most urbanised
setting
- Acknowledge
and celebrate what is positive and recognise the negative in our lifestyles
and actions
- Identify
the strongest potential for personal, professional and organisational
change
- Decide
what to do, and how to make it happen

To help put your plans into action:
- Draw
on memories and friendships to support your environmental leadership
